Arpan believes in quality than quantity and look forward to strengthen the member assets with the same concept.

1. Any Indian, who is a resident in Kuwait abiding the rules and regulations of Arpan, can apply for the membership.
2. For membership, one must apply in the prescribed form.
3. A nominal amount, approved by Arpan will be Membership Fee for the administrative purpose.
4. New members are allowed to apply only through the serving members.
5. New members will be enrolled only after the discussion and necessary approval of executive committee. Membership Fee can be accepted within 15 days of the induction.
